Matoma, a software company based in the Swabian town of Trossingen, has honoured several employees for their many years of loyalty and celebrated important career advancements in 2023.

Among those honoured were Sven Gak and Tobias Honold, who both began their careers as apprentices at Matoma and can now look back on 20 and ten years of service respectively.

A highlight of the honours was the appointment of long-serving project manager Katarina Dujmovic as an authorised signatory. Dujmovic, who began her apprenticeship at Matoma in 2009 and has since completed a degree in business administration, has proven to be an indispensable part of the company and will now take on even greater responsibility in her new role.

Managing directors and owners Mate Jovic and Marco Gola expressed their happiness and pride at this development. “It’s great to see the next generation of high performers growing up,” commented Gola at the event.

Matoma GmbH, founded in 1997 as a small GbR of Internet enthusiasts, has steadily developed into an important player in the world of Internet technologies. With a strong focus on medium-sized companies, the company offers customised solutions along the sales value chain and prides itself on a corporate culture that emphasises curiosity, passion and collaboration with people.

Today, 17 employees work in Trossingen, most of whom were trained in the company, which emphasises the importance of training and professional development at Matoma.
