With a lot of tailwind Thanks to the lots of positive feedback on the recently introduced recruiting funnel, project manager Katarina Dujmovic was able to convince other customers of the great benefits of the career solution last year. BKK SBH and Walter Dreizler also decided to use Matoma’s applicant management tool. Our tool offers a user-friendly platform that enables companies to operate simple and efficient applicant management. Above all, our customers value the intuitive user interface and the automated functions that speed up processing and noticeably simplify the management of applicant profiles and applications. The integrated system for evaluating applicant profiles, which can be filled out by those responsible depending on the viewing and access rights, significantly simplifies and accelerates the process of selecting applicants. Raphael Schönberger, an IT specialist at Matoma GmbH, who was involved in the development of the solution from the start, is continually working on further developments and enhancements that will further advance the tool and thus our customers in their daily work with the software. The autofill function was recently added to the application form. With one of the next upgrades, an expansion in the processing of emails is planned to be able to further individualize emails.
