The new website represents an exciting expansion of Matoma’s B2C portfolio. The focus of the project was a clean and modern design that offers mobile visitors a first-class user experience on their cell phone or tablet.
Integration of external service providers
A special feature of this project is the involvement of two external service providers:
WH1 – logistics service provider:
WH1 takes over the entire logistics process for LIVbyNeher. This means that LIVbyNeher does not have to set up its own warehouse, which saves significant costs and effort. Orders received through the WooCommerce system are automatically forwarded to WH1. WH1 then handles processing and shipping directly to the customer. This ensures efficient and reliable delivery, which significantly increases customer satisfaction.
Micropayment – payment service provider:
Another important aspect of the new website is the integration of Micropayment as a payment service provider. Micropayment allows various payment methods such as PayPal, credit card and many others to be processed easily and securely. This offers LIVbyNeher customers a flexible and convenient payment option, which significantly simplifies and speeds up the ordering process.
